Homeownership Essentials

The consumer course tuition is $79 USD, paid once. The course includes 12 interactive lessons. It is consumer education, not real estate licensing education, mortgage approval, or individualized legal, tax, or financial advice.

Access and delivery

Provide your email at checkout. After payment verification, we’ll email your purchase confirmation and the Reach 360 group registration link for the complete curriculum. The checkout confirmation page also directs you to registration. Register for your individual learner account and sign in through Reach 360 to learn. My learning provides the Reach 360 sign-in link. An internet connection and a current browser are required.

Withdrawals and refunds

HomeLearn’s course policy does not permit refunds after more than 10% of the course has been completed. For withdrawal or refund requests at or before that point, contact info@homelearnnow.com with your purchase details and completion status for review. Do not send payment card information. A request alone does not confirm a refund; HomeLearn will review it under the enrollment policy and applicable requirements.

Buyer credit

The eligible $2,000 buyer credit is a separate participating brokerage benefit. Course purchase does not guarantee a credit. Review the buyer credit eligibility details and obtain the brokerage’s written agreement before relying on it.
